USB LED BADGE PROGRAMMER

Program CH546 and CH583 LED badges online.

ledtag.studio programs compatible 44 × 11 LED name badges directly from a Chromium-based browser. Tested USB variants include badges identifying as 0416:5020 and CH583 USB-HID devices.

What you need

  • A compatible 0416:5020 LED badge and USB data cable.
  • A current Chrome, Chromium, or Edge browser.
  • An HTTPS connection or localhost.

How to program

  1. Connect the badge with a USB data cable.
  2. Open the editor and choose Connect via USB.
  3. Select the badge in the browser permission dialog.
  4. Enter text and select Program badge.

Eight programmable slots

Choose Slot 1 through Slot 8 in the editor to prepare a sequence of messages. The badge replaces its full message set during programming, so populated slots must be consecutive.
